Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship it to the address provided by our support team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no additional cost.
